An AI tutor for your team

Training that proves your team actually learned it.

Zquip turns your existing training content into an AI tutor that teaches your team through conversation — and shows you exactly what each person understood, got stuck on, and still needs to work through.

Built for teams of 10 to 500. Beta launching Q3 2026.

From the session report

“Maria understood the claim submission process but confuses the 90-day vs. 180-day exception rules.”

— The kind of insight you’d get from a great coach who spent an hour with each rep.

You already know the training problem.

01

Everyone “completed” the training.

But the calls didn’t get better. The errors didn’t go down. The behavior didn’t change.

02

Your LMS tells you who clicked “next.”

It doesn’t tell you who actually learned. You’re guessing about your team’s readiness.

03

Building better training costs more than it saves.

You don’t have instructional designers. You don’t have budget for enterprise tools. You have a folder of PDFs and a team that needs to know this stuff.

What if training worked more like a great coach and less like a PowerPoint?

The old way

  • Learner watches a video or clicks through slides
  • Answers a multiple-choice quiz
  • Gets a completion certificate
  • You have no idea what they actually absorbed

With Zquip

  • +Learner has a real conversation with an AI tutor
  • +Tutor asks questions, probes understanding, corrects misconceptions in real time
  • +Tutor adapts to how the learner thinks — scenarios for some, explanations for others
  • +You get specific insight into what each person grasped and where they’re still weak

The content is yours. The conversation is new.

How it works

Three steps from PDF to proven skill.

01

Upload what you already have.

Upload training documents, SOPs, recorded session transcripts, or slide decks. Zquip reads the material, identifies teachable skills, and builds a learning plan you review and approve before anything goes live.

02

Your team has a conversation.

Each learner gets a private session with the Zquip tutor. Not another video. Not another quiz. A real dialogue where they apply, explain, and occasionally get things wrong — which is when the learning happens.

03

You see what they actually learned.

Your manager dashboard shows specific insights per person — the kind of insight you’d get from a great coach who spent an hour with each rep.

What makes it different

Why Zquip works when other AI training tools don’t.

Built on the Socratic method.

The best teachers in history taught through questions because people remember what they figure out and forget what they’re told. Zquip’s tutor is designed around that principle, not grafted onto quiz-and-lecture content.

Grounded in your content, not the internet.

The tutor teaches only from what you upload. It won’t speculate, hallucinate, or wander into territory your legal team hasn’t approved. If a learner asks something outside the material, Zquip says so honestly.

Insight that looks like coaching, not compliance reporting.

Zquip doesn’t just tell you who completed training. It tells you what specific misconceptions your team shares, which scenarios trip them up, and where to focus your next team meeting.

Works with the content you already have.

Upload PDFs, SOPs, slide decks, or session transcripts. Zquip structures them into a teaching plan you review and edit before anything reaches your team. No content rebuild required.

Who it’s for

Built for SMB teams that don’t have an L&D department.

The operations leader

You run a team of 30 and onboarding is stealing your week. New hires ask the same questions. Your training deck is two versions behind. You need something that makes your team actually learn the material, not just click through it.

The compliance owner

You’re responsible for making sure your team knows the policies. Right now, all you have is a spreadsheet tracking who watched the video. When the auditor asks what they understood, you have no answer.

The owner-operator

You’re the founder, the trainer, and the person who still takes the hard calls yourself. You don’t have time to build a curriculum. You need a tool that takes the knowledge in your head — or in your Google Drive — and gets it into your team’s hands.

FAQ

Questions you’re probably asking.

How is this different from an LMS with AI features?+

Most LMS platforms put AI on top of the same click-through-slides model. Zquip starts from a different premise: learning happens through conversation. We didn’t add AI to an LMS — we rebuilt what training looks like, with AI as the teacher.

Will it hallucinate or give my team wrong information?+

The tutor is grounded in the specific content you upload. When a learner asks something outside that material, Zquip tells them plainly rather than guessing. You review and approve the learning plan before anything goes live to your team.

How much does it cost?+

Pricing will be published at launch. We’re targeting SMB budgets — meaningful cost reduction versus traditional LMS + content development stacks, not a premium enterprise tool. Waitlist members get early-access pricing locked in for their first year.

What kind of content can I upload?+

PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint slides, and plain-text transcripts to start. Richer formats (video, audio) are on the roadmap but not in the initial release.

Is my team’s data private?+

Yes. Your content and your team’s conversation data are yours — we don’t use it to train models and we don’t share it across customer accounts. Full data handling details will be published before beta access opens.

When can I actually use this?+

Beta launches in Q3 2026. Waitlist members get access in waves starting with the smallest, most engaged users. Join the waitlist to be in the first group.
